One of our core beliefs at OCP is that our High-Quality Engaged Employees are critical to our success

As a part of our 2019 strategic plan, we sent a survey to all employees to find out what we can improve.

We were amazed at the response!

40% of our employees answered the survey with both high praise and constructive criticism. We are in the process of adding impactful initiatives based on your responses, and we plan to survey again at the end of the year to gauge improvement.
