At OCP, our team is just as dynamic as the company they work for. Get to know the OCP team members dedicated to making your project a success. Each month in the blog we'll introduce you to a featured employee. This month, meet Sandy Webb, Business Manager and employee of OCP for over 23 years.

Sandy joined OCP in 1996 as a receptionist. She quickly advanced to accounts payable due to her willingness and ability to learn and achieve proficiency in everything she was given. She continued to learn and grow with OCP as we added the Columbus and Cleveland offices, and she was promoted to Business Manager in 2012.

In 2015 Sandy and her team became a new company called “The Choice Group” whose purpose is to provide shared services like accounting, human resources, administration, purchasing and safety to several organizations including OCP.

Sandy serves on the Leadership Group of OCP and sits on the Board of the NW Ohio Chapter of CFMA (Construction Financial Management Association).

Outside of work you can find Sandy at one of her son’s baseball events and hanging out with her daughter when she comes home from college.
