Rodney chose to work for OCP because the company represents similar values to his own, reliability, commitment and passion for delivering the best-finished product. His favorite part of OCP's company culture is the comradery and sense of family the organization has.

Rodney feels pride in seeing the projects OCP completes and knowing he had a small part in the process and that those buildings will be there for a long time to come.

Outside of work, you can find Rodney spending time outdoors with his family hiking, skiing, hunting, and boating.
