Each month in the blog we'll introduce you to a featured employee. This month, meet Kelli Smigelski, who has been with OCP since 2018 and was recently promoted to Subcontractor Administrator.

Before working for OCP, Kelli worked in the banking industry for several years. Kelli is also a real estate agent and enjoys finding the perfect home for families. Kelli is happily married to her husband, Jeremy and they have 3 boys. Drew 15, Evan 13, and Dylan 10 keep her and her husband very busy with sports ( football, wrestling, basketball and baseball). Any free time left over, the family enjoys golf and travel.
