OCP’s Employees of Choice are individuals who exemplify the qualities and characteristics that have made our 50 years of success possible. Employees of Choice are employees in the field and office who lead by action to advance safety, productivity, and innovation on projects. Additionally, these employees are consistent, dependable, and contribute to the betterment of the team. Thanks to the hard work of these individuals, OCP has proudly become the interior Contractor of Choice.


Herbert Rodriguez

  • Position: Finisher
  • Length of Employment with OCP: 5 Years
  • Industry Tenure: 18 Years

  • What is your favorite aspect of your job?
  • The work puts me in a job mood, and I am normally happy most of the time.
  • Who inspires you?
  • My best friend that told me about the opportunity at OCP. I looked into it. I enjoy the work, so I have stayed.
  • Where’s your favorite place in the world?
  • Florida I love the beach.

Brett Rosenkoetter

  • Position: Carpenter
  • Length of Employment with OCP: 3 Years
  • Industry Tenure: 4 Years

He has worked for me on many different jobs and always shows up to work on time and never misses. He has a great attitude and willingness to learn different ways of construction.   • What is your favorite aspect of your job?
  • Learning new things every day is what I enjoy the most about the job.
  • What hobbies do you have outside of work?
  • Working on cars and water aerobics. It burns a lot of calories compared to other forms of exercise.
  • Who inspires you?
  • My stepdad inspires me, he is a superintendent for a general contractor. He encouraged me to get into the trades and got me this role.
